DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights You Can Rely On

DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights is a category of work that covers dish mounting, decoder setup, LNB replacement and signal fault repair for homes and businesses in this coastal town. We work the whole area, from Hermanus Heights itself down through Voelklip, Onrus and Sandbaai, and inland to the Hemel-en-Aarde valley farms. The coastal climate is the biggest factor here. Salt air off the Atlantic corrodes cheap F-connectors within a season, and the south-easter that funnels over the lagoon in summer pushes misaligned dishes off beam. We use SABS approved equipment, Hirschmann and Ellies connectors where they matter, and we seal every joint against moisture. Our technicians carry a satellite signal meter, compass and inclinometer, RG6 cable stripper and coaxial cable crimping tool on every van, so a weak signal gets diagnosed on site instead of booked for a second visit. If you are moving into a Hermanus Heights rental or renovating a house in Voelklip, we can run new RG6 coaxial cable through the roof void and terminate it neatly at a wall plate. If your existing dish has started dropping channels in bad weather, we re-peak the alignment and test the LNB before we charge you for anything.

Hermanus Heights sits on a slope above the town centre, which means line-of-sight to the satellite is usually good but wind exposure is high. Dishes mounted on the seaward side of a house take the full force of the south-easter, and we see far more alignment drift here than in sheltered inland suburbs. The older building stock around the town centre also has thinner roof timbers, so a dish bracket needs proper masonry bits and chemical anchors rather than a couple of coach screws into pine. We serve this area because the demand is steady and the problems are predictable. A tenant moves in, needs a decoder activated. A holiday homeowner arrives in December and finds the signal dead. A body corporate needs a communal DStv Installation Service across eight units. We know the streets, we know the access quirks, and we know which complexes need permission before we drill.

DStv Installation Services Available in Hermanus Heights

Demand for DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights splits roughly into three buckets: new installs for people moving into the area, fault repairs after coastal weather, and upgrades to Dual and Triple View for households running more than one TV. If you are searching for a satellite dish installation near me in Hermanus Heights, the job usually takes two to three hours depending on roof access and cable runs. We carry stock on the van, so most faults are fixed on the first visit.

Satellite Dish Installation Near Me

We mount and align dishes across Hermanus Heights, from single-storey homes in Voelklip to double-storey builds on the slope above the town centre. A compass and inclinometer set the azimuth and elevation, then a satellite signal meter confirms lock before we crimp the F-connectors. Most installs take two to three hours.

LNB Repairs

Salt air off the Atlantic kills LNBs faster here than inland. When you lose half your channels or get no signal at all, we test the LNB output with a multimeter before replacing it. We fit sealed units and weatherproof the connection point, which is the difference between a repair that lasts one season and one that lasts five.

HDMI and RG6 Coaxial Cable Installation and Repairs

Cheap coax and loose F-connectors cause most of the signal faults we see in Hermanus Heights. We run new RG6 coaxial cable through roof voids and along skirting, terminate with a proper crimping tool, and clip the run so it does not flap in the wind. HDMI runs for Explora setups get tested with an HDMI tester before handover.

DStv Decoder Repairs

A frozen decoder or a smart card error E143-0 usually is not a dead box. We check the signal input first, because a weak feed makes a healthy decoder behave badly. If the decoder itself has failed, we swap it, re-pair the card and confirm all channels before we leave your Hermanus Heights home.

◎

Dual and Triple View Installation

Holiday homes and family houses in Hermanus Heights often run two or three TVs off one dish. We fit a multi-switch, run separate RG6 feeds to each point and set the decoders to independent viewing. The trick is balancing signal strength across long cable runs, which we verify at every outlet with a meter.

DStv Relocation

Moving house within Hermanus Heights or out to Sandbaai means the dish comes down and goes back up. We remove the old bracket, patch the holes, and reinstall at the new address with a fresh alignment. Most relocations are done in a single visit, including decoder re-setup and a signal test at the new wall point.

DStv Signal Loss E48-32 Repair

Error E48-32 means the decoder has lost lock with the satellite. In Hermanus Heights the usual culprits are wind-driven dish misalignment, water in the LNB connector, or a cracked RG6 cable. We trace the fault from decoder to dish with a signal meter and fix the actual cause rather than just re-scanning channels.

DStv E143-0 Repair

Smart card error E143-0 stops you watching anything, but the card is rarely the problem. We reseat and clean the card, check the decoder firmware, and confirm the signal feed is strong. If the card has genuinely failed, we guide you through the MultiChoice replacement process and get you back on air.

Two very different jobs. One local crew.

For homes

Residential DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights

Most of our Hermanus Heights work is residential. The housing stock ranges from older cottages near the town centre to newer builds on the upper slopes and in Sandbaai. Families want a stable picture across multiple TVs, holiday-home owners want a system that works when they arrive, and renters need a quick install that does not damage the property. We handle all of it, and we treat your home the way we would treat our own.

01Single-room DStv install

A standard install for one TV in your Hermanus Heights home. We mount the dish, run RG6 cable to the lounge, fit a wall plate and set up the decoder. Most jobs are done in two to three hours, and we test the signal before we leave.

02Multi-room Dual and Triple View

For families running two or three TVs, we fit a multi-switch and run separate cable feeds to each point. Every outlet gets tested individually so no room is left with a weak signal. Popular in the larger homes around Sandbaai and the upper slopes.

03Holiday home reactivation

If your Hermanus Heights holiday home has been empty for months, the dish may have drifted or the LNB corroded. We check the whole system, realign the dish, replace any failed parts and have you watching before the weekend.

04Rental property installs

We work with landlords and tenants across Hermanus Heights to install DStv without damaging the property. Cable runs are clipped neatly, wall penetrations are sealed, and we can remove the system cleanly when a lease ends.

  • Sealed connectors and coastal-grade brackets that survive Hermanus Heights salt air.
  • Every TV point tested with a signal meter before we pack up and leave.
  • Upfront pricing confirmed before we start, with no surprise add-ons at the end.

Satellite Dish Installation Near Me in Hermanus Heights

Satellite Dish Installation Near Me in Hermanus Heights

Searching for satellite dish installation near me in Hermanus Heights? HDTEK delivers professional dish mounting and alignment across this coastal suburb, from the steep roofs of Voëlklip to the newer builds along Kwaaiwater. Our technicians understand the strong south-easterly winds that buffet Hermanus Heights, so every bracket is anchored for stability and every signal is tuned for clear reception.

a

Wind-Resistant Mounting Techniques

Hermanus Heights sits exposed to coastal gusts, so we use heavy-duty galvanised brackets and rust-treated bolts on every dish. Whether your home is a face-brick house in Northcliff or a timber-frame unit near the lagoon, the mount is secured into solid structure, not just roof sheeting, to prevent movement that causes signal dropouts.

b

Precise Azimuth and Elevation

After mounting, we fine-tune azimuth and elevation using professional meters to lock onto the correct satellite. In Hermanus Heights, nearby trees and double-storey neighbours can block line of sight, so we test multiple positions before finalising the install, ensuring your decoder receives a strong, stable signal from day one.

c

Cable Routing and Weatherproofing

We route RG6 coaxial cable neatly through roof spaces and along walls, sealing every entry point against Hermanus Heights' damp winter air. Connectors are compression-fitted and silicone-sealed, reducing corrosion and water ingress. This attention to detail means fewer callbacks and a dish installation that survives the Overberg's wet, windy seasons.

02
LNB Repairs in Hermanus Heights

LNB Repairs in Hermanus Heights

When your picture breaks up or shows 'no signal', LNB repairs in Hermanus Heights are often the fastest fix. HDTEK services and replaces faulty low-noise block downconverters across the suburb, from Eastcliff to the homes overlooking Walker Bay. Coastal humidity and salt air corrode LNBs quickly here, so we test, clean or swap the unit to restore reliable reception.

a

Diagnosing Salt-Air Corrosion

Hermanus Heights' sea breeze accelerates corrosion on LNB casings and connectors. We inspect the feed horn for oxidation, check for water ingress and test voltage output. If the LNB is failing, we replace it with a sealed, weather-resistant model suited to coastal conditions, then re-peak the dish alignment for maximum signal quality.

b

Universal and Multi-Switch LNBs

Many Hermanus Heights homes run dual-view or extra decoders, needing a universal or multi-switch LNB. We stock both and match the correct unit to your decoder setup. After fitting, we verify each output port delivers consistent signal, so every TV in the house gets the same clear DStv picture without interference.

c

Same-Day LNB Replacement

If your LNB fails during a big match or family evening, we offer same-day repairs across Hermanus Heights. Our van carries common LNB models, so most swaps are completed in one visit. We also re-seal connections and test signal strength on your decoder before packing up, leaving you with uninterrupted viewing.

03
HDMI and RG6 Coaxial Cable Installation and Repairs in Hermanus Heights

HDMI and RG6 Coaxial Cable Installation and Repairs in Hermanus Heights

For HDMI and RG6 coaxial cable installation and repairs in Hermanus Heights, HDTEK handles everything from new wall points to fixing damaged cabling. Whether you're renovating a cottage in the Old Town or wiring a modern home in Kwaaiwater, we run cables neatly, terminate them properly and test every connection so your DStv and audio-visual gear performs reliably.

a

Neat Concealed Cable Routing

We chase and conceal HDMI and RG6 cables behind skirting, through roof voids and inside drywalls, keeping Hermanus Heights homes tidy. For double-storey houses, we drop cables through internal cavities rather than stapling them along exterior walls, protecting them from UV and wind damage while maintaining a clean finish.

b

Repairing Damaged Coaxial Runs

Rodents, building work and UV exposure often damage RG6 cable in Hermanus Heights. We trace faults with a cable tester, locate breaks or crushed sections, and replace only the affected run where possible. New compression connectors and sealed joins restore signal integrity, eliminating the pixilation and dropouts caused by poor cabling.

c

HDMI Points for Wall-Mounted TVs

For wall-mounted TVs in Hermanus Heights lounges, we install HDMI faceplates and short patch leads that hide unsightly cables. This is popular in newer estates where clean lines matter. We test each point with your decoder or media player, ensuring 1080p and 4K signals pass without handshake issues or picture artefacts.

04
DStv Decoder Repairs in Hermanus Heights

DStv Decoder Repairs in Hermanus Heights

If your DStv decoder won't switch on, freezes or loses channels, HDTEK provides expert DStv decoder repairs in Hermanus Heights. From Eastcliff to Voëlklip, we diagnose power supply, tuner and software faults on-site. Coastal humidity can affect electronics, so we check for moisture damage and corrosion before recommending a repair or replacement.

a

Power and Boot Failure Fixes

Decoders that won't power up often have failed capacitors or a faulty power supply. In Hermanus Heights, we bench-test the unit, replace worn components and check the power brick. If the decoder is beyond economical repair, we advise on a compatible replacement and transfer your subscription settings quickly.

b

Tuner and Signal Faults

When a decoder shows 'no signal' despite a working dish, the tuner or LNB voltage circuit may be faulty. We test the decoder against a known-good signal in Hermanus Heights, isolating whether the fault lies in the box, cabling or LNB. This methodical approach avoids unnecessary replacements and restores viewing fast.

c

Software and Smartcard Issues

Frozen menus, missing channels and smartcard errors are often software-related. We perform factory resets, reload firmware and reseat smartcards for Hermanus Heights customers. If the card itself is damaged, we guide you through the replacement process with MultiChoice, ensuring your decoder is reauthorised and all channels return.

05
Dual and Triple View Installation in Hermanus Heights

Dual and Triple View Installation in Hermanus Heights

Want the same DStv channel on multiple TVs? HDTEK offers dual and triple view installation in Hermanus Heights, perfect for family homes in Northcliff and holiday rentals near the lagoon. We install the necessary multi-switch LNB, splitters and cabling so each decoder or TV point receives a strong, independent signal without interference.

a

Multi-Switch and Splitter Setup

Dual and triple view requires a multi-switch LNB or external splitter to feed each decoder. In Hermanus Heights, we assess your existing dish and cabling, then install the correct components. Each output is balanced so no TV suffers signal loss, even when multiple decoders are recording or watching different channels.

b

Cabling for Multiple Rooms

We run dedicated RG6 cables from the multi-switch to each TV point, whether that's a lounge, bedroom or entertainment area. For Hermanus Heights homes with concrete slabs, we find creative routes through roof spaces and service ducts, keeping installation neat and avoiding unsightly surface trunking.

c

Testing Every Viewing Point

After installation, we test each decoder and TV point individually, checking signal strength, channel switching and recording functions. In Hermanus Heights' coastal climate, we also verify all outdoor connections are sealed. You'll receive a walkthrough of how the system works before we leave.

06
DStv Relocation in Hermanus Heights

DStv Relocation in Hermanus Heights

Whether you're shifting from Eastcliff to Vermont or just across the suburb, we ensure minimal downtime and a correctly aligned signal at the new site.

a

Safe Dish Removal and Transport

We carefully remove your dish, LNB and brackets from the old Hermanus Heights property, labelling cables for easy identification. All components are packed to prevent damage during transit. If the old dish is corroded or outdated, we advise on a replacement before installation at the new address.

b

New Site Survey and Mounting

At your new Hermanus Heights home, we survey for the best dish position, checking for obstructions like trees or neighbouring roofs. The dish is mounted securely, aligned to the satellite and cabled to your decoder. We aim to complete the relocation in a single visit, getting you back to watching DStv quickly.

c

Decoder Reconnection and Testing

Once the dish is installed, we reconnect your decoder, check smartcard authorisation and run a full signal test. For Hermanus Heights customers, we also verify that all cables are weather-sealed at the new property. You'll enjoy the same channel lineup with no subscription changes required.

DStv Signal Loss E48-32 Repair in Hermanus Heights

DStv Signal Loss E48-32 Repair in Hermanus Heights

Seeing error E48-32 on your screen? HDTEK specialises in DStv signal loss E48-32 repair in Hermanus Heights. This error usually means your decoder isn't receiving a strong enough signal, often due to dish misalignment, cable damage or LNB failure. We diagnose and fix the root cause, restoring your picture quickly across the suburb.

a

Checking Dish Alignment First

Hermanus Heights' strong winds frequently knock dishes slightly off alignment, triggering E48-32. We use a signal meter to check azimuth and elevation, then re-peak the dish. If the mount has loosened, we reinforce it with heavier brackets to prevent future movement and repeated signal loss.

b

Cable and Connector Inspection

Water ingress and corrosion in RG6 cable or connectors are common causes of E48-32 in coastal Hermanus Heights. We inspect every join, test for shorts and replace damaged sections with sealed compression connectors. This often resolves the error without needing a new LNB or decoder.

c

LNB and Decoder Testing

If alignment and cabling are fine, the LNB or decoder tuner may be faulty. We swap in a known-good LNB to test, and if the error persists, check the decoder's signal input. In most Hermanus Heights cases, a new LNB or a decoder reset clears E48-32 permanently.

08
DStv E143-0 Repair in Hermanus Heights

DStv E143-0 Repair in Hermanus Heights

Error E143-0 typically indicates your DStv decoder isn't receiving the full channel lineup, often due to a smartcard or subscription issue. HDTEK provides DStv E143-0 repair in Hermanus Heights, checking your decoder, smartcard and signal path. We resolve the error on-site, getting your channels back without lengthy call-centre waits.

a

Smartcard and Authorisation Checks

E143-0 often appears when the smartcard isn't authorised for certain channels. We reseat the card, check for damage and verify subscription status with MultiChoice. For Hermanus Heights customers, we can perform a decoder reset that forces a new authorisation signal, often clearing the error immediately.

b

Signal Path Verification

Sometimes E143-0 is caused by a weak signal preventing the decoder from receiving authorisation data. We test the dish, LNB and cabling in your Hermanus Heights home, ensuring signal strength is optimal. If the signal is marginal, we re-align the dish or replace corroded components to stabilise reception.

c

Decoder Software Reset

A software glitch can also trigger E143-0. We perform a factory reset and reload the latest firmware on your decoder. After resetting, we re-scan channels and confirm the error is gone. This process is done carefully to preserve your recordings and settings where possible.

More than a service list

How We Execute DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights

Every DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights starts with a site check, not a drill. We look at the roof pitch, the prevailing wind direction and the cable route before anything gets mounted. On the seaward side of a house

01

Salt-laden coastal air corroding connectors

F-connectors and LNB terminals oxidise fast on the seaward side of Hermanus Heights, causing intermittent signal loss and error E48-32 within a single season if the joints are not sealed.

How we handle it We use sealed F-connectors, apply silicone grease to the LNB terminal and wrap the connection point with self-amalgamating tape. Every joint gets checked with a multimeter before we close up, and we replace any connector that shows green corrosion.

02

Strong south-easter pushing dishes off alignment

The summer south-easter funnels over the lagoon and hits exposed dishes hard. A dish that was perfectly aligned in still weather can drift two or three degrees, which is enough to drop channels in bad weather.

How we handle it We mount on sheltered walls where possible, use heavy-duty brackets with locking bolts, and re-peak the alignment with a satellite signal meter. We also show you how to check signal strength on the decoder so you can spot drift early.

03

Older roof timbers too thin for standard brackets

Many houses in the older parts of Hermanus Heights have lightweight roof structures. A dish bolted into thin pine will work loose in wind, and the bracket can pull free over time.

How we handle it We use masonry bits and chemical anchors into the wall rather than relying on roof timber, or we spread the load across a backing plate. If the wall is brick or stone, the bracket goes into the masonry, which holds far better in coastal wind.

Recent work in Hermanus Heights

Recent DStv Installation Work in Hermanus Heights

These are jobs we have done in and around Hermanus Heights. They show the kind of problems that come up here and how we solve them without a second visit.

01 Voelklip
The problem
A holiday home in Voelklip lost all channels after a winter storm, with error E48-32 on the decoder.
What we did
We found the dish had drifted off alignment and water had got into the LNB connector. We replaced the F-connector with a sealed unit, dried and resealed the LNB terminal, then re-peaked the dish with a satellite signal meter. The RG6 cable run was also re-clipped where it had come loose.
The result
Signal strength came back to 92 percent and the customer had full channel list before we left. No repeat callout in the following six months.
02 Hermanus Heights
The problem
A family in Hermanus Heights wanted three TVs running off one dish for a new Explora setup.
What we did
We installed a multi-switch, ran three separate RG6 coaxial cable feeds to the lounge, main bedroom and flatlet, and fitted wall plates at each point. Each decoder was set to independent viewing and tested with an HDMI tester at the TV end.
The result
All three points tested above 85 percent signal strength. The install took four hours, and the customer cancelled a second installer booking.
03 Sandbaai
The problem
A body corporate in Sandbaai had a communal system where three of eight units had no signal.
What we did
We traced the fault to a corroded splitter in the head-end and a damaged cable run to the affected units. We replaced the splitter, re-terminated the cable ends with a crimping tool, and rebalanced the signal across all outlets.
The result
All eight units restored to full signal. We issued documentation for the trustees and scheduled a follow-up check before the December peak.

Hermanus Heights problem patterns

Common DStv Problems in Hermanus Heights

The problems we fix in Hermanus Heights are shaped by the coast. Salt air, wind and older building stock create a specific set of faults that you do not see as often inland. Knowing what causes them helps you avoid paying for the same repair twice.

01

LNB failure from salt corrosion

Why it happens Hermanus Heights sits right on the coast, and salt-laden air attacks the LNB terminals and F-connectors. Over a season or two, the metal oxidises and the signal degrades until channels start dropping out.

Our approach We fit sealed LNBs and weatherproof every connection with silicone grease and self-amalgamating tape. Before we leave, we test the LNB output with a multimeter so you know the repair will hold.

02

Dish misalignment after south-easter winds

Why it happens The summer south-easter funnels over the lagoon and hits exposed dishes hard. Even a well-mounted dish can drift a degree or two, which is enough to lose the weaker channels in bad weather.

Our approach We re-peak the alignment with a satellite signal meter and tighten the bracket bolts properly. Where possible, we mount on a sheltered wall so the dish is not taking the full force of the wind.

03

Signal loss E48-32 from cable damage

Why it happens RG6 cable that rubs against a gutter or a sharp roof edge will eventually crack its outer sheath. Moisture gets in, the signal degrades, and the decoder throws error E48-32. It is a common fault in older Hermanus Heights homes.

Our approach We trace the cable from decoder to dish and test each section. Damaged runs get replaced with new RG6, properly clipped so it cannot rub. We seal the entry points where the cable goes through the wall.

04

Weak signal in bad weather across multiple points

Why it happens In Dual and Triple View setups, a long cable run to a far TV point can drop signal strength below what the decoder needs. Add rain fade and the far point fails first, even though the main TV is fine.

Our approach We measure signal at every outlet and fit a multi-switch or amplifier where needed to balance the feed. Each point gets tested individually so no TV is left with a marginal signal.

Hermanus Heights through the year

How Seasons Affect DStv Installation in Hermanus Heights

Hermanus Heights has a mild coastal climate, but the seasons still drive demand for DStv Installation. Summer brings wind and holiday-home reactivations, winter brings rain and moisture faults. Planning around these patterns saves you a callout at the worst possible time.

❊

Spring

Spring in Hermanus Heights brings gusty winds as the season changes. Dishes that survived winter may start drifting off alignment, and you might notice channels dropping out on windy days. It is a good time for a pre-summer signal check.

Tip Book a signal test before the December rush. If your dish has not been checked in a year, a realignment now prevents a failure during the holidays.

☀

Summer

The south-easter is the story of summer here. Exposed dishes take a beating, and salt spray combined with heat stress can push an ageing LNB over the edge. Holiday homes get reactivated, and demand for installs peaks in December.

Tip If you are arriving for the holidays, book your reactivation early. We get very busy in the first two weeks of December, and same-day slots fill up fast.

❄

Fall

Autumn is calmer, which makes it the best time for new installs and cable replacement work. The wind drops, the weather is stable, and we can spend the time needed on longer cable runs without rushing. Fault calls drop off, so scheduling is easier.

Tip Get any nagging signal issues fixed now. A repair done in calm weather is easier to test properly than one done in a gale.

❅

Winter

Winter rain finds every weak point in a satellite system. Water gets into cracked cable sheaths, corroded connectors fail, and error E48-32 becomes more common. Cold, wet roofs also make access trickier, so jobs can take a little longer.

Tip Check your cable entry points before the first big rain. If you see cracked sheathing or a loose connector, get it sealed now rather than waiting for the signal to fail.

Navigating Hermanus Heights and Surrounds

Hermanus Heights is easy to work once you know the layout. The R43 runs along the coast and links the town to Sandbaai and Onrus, while the R320 heads inland towards the Hemel-en-Aarde valley. Most of our calls are within a few minutes of the cliff path, which runs along the seaward edge of town. We use the main landmarks below to orient ourselves and confirm access before we arrive, especially when a customer is directing us to a specific unit in a complex.

HHermanus Heights

Cliff Path

The cliff path runs along the seaward edge of Hermanus and is a useful orientation line. If a customer says they are near the cliff path, we know the property is on the seaward side of town, which usually means higher wind exposure and a need for sheltered dish mounting.

HHermanus Heights

Old Harbour

The Old Harbour is a central reference point in Hermanus. Properties described as near the Old Harbour are usually in the town centre, where access is tighter and parking needs planning before a van arrives with ladders and cable drums.

HHermanus Heights

Hermanus Lagoon

The lagoon sits between the town and the beach areas. It helps us place addresses on the lagoon side of Hermanus Heights, where the south-easter funnels through and dishes need extra attention to alignment.

HHermanus Heights

Fernkloof Nature Reserve

Fernkloof is the large reserve on the mountain side of town. Addresses backing onto Fernkloof are usually on the upper slopes, which means good satellite line-of-sight but steep driveways and sometimes limited van access.

Most standard single-room installs in Hermanus Heights run in the mid-range for 2026, including a new dish, bracket, LNB and up to 20 metres of RG6 cable. Fault repairs like LNB replacement or signal realignment cost less because the hardware is already in place. We quote upfront before we start, and the price does not change unless you approve extra work.

A standard install takes two to three hours. Dual and Triple View setups with multiple cable runs usually take three to four hours. Fault repairs like LNB replacement or realignment are often done in under 90 minutes. If your roof access is difficult or the cable run is unusually long, allow an extra hour.

Bad-weather signal loss in Hermanus Heights usually means the dish has drifted slightly off alignment or the LNB is weakening. The south-easter pushes exposed dishes off beam, and salt corrosion degrades the LNB over time. A realignment and LNB check with a signal meter normally fixes it.

Yes, in most cases. Error E48-32 means the decoder has lost lock with the satellite, and the cause is usually dish misalignment, water in the LNB connector or a damaged RG6 cable. We carry replacement connectors and cable on the van, so same-day repair is standard for Hermanus Heights callouts.

Yes. We design and install communal systems for apartment blocks and rental complexes across Hermanus Heights and the Overstrand. That includes the head-end, splitters, earthing and outlet points for each unit. We schedule work around tenant access and provide documentation the trustees can file.
